A Major Reality Check
Yesterday I walked into my brother's room. It wasn't empty. It still had little reminders of my brother's existence. However, his existence is no longer in our home.
It seems weird that when he comes back, I'll almost be a senior in high school. He'll miss my first date, junior miss, plays, choir concerts, and lots of basketball games. He loves basketball.
He was always the life of the party and he always made us laugh. This is really strange. This one will take some getting used to. The others were weird, too, but I wasn't as close to them as I was with Mitch. (Well, except for maybe Katie)
Soon there won't be anyone left except me and Abby. I am lonely.
